Our goal: To improve pre-employment and employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities in Ohio so that they can find jobs and live productive, healthy, safe and happy lives in the community.
When? Please complete this survey before midnight Thursday, June 22, 2017.
What: Statewide online survey to get input and feedback from stakeholders on employment and community integration for people with developmental disabilities in Ohio. (This survey covers the same questions asked at the Employment First Stakeholder Feedback Meetings that are currently being held in five regions throughout the State of Ohio).
Who should fill out this survey: People with developmental disabilities, family members, guardians, providers and county boards’ staff.
Why we need you: The ideas you share will help state agency staff understand and plan for how to increase opportunities for employment and community living for people living with developmental disabilities.
