Gyno Gab II – Defeating period Problems in Girls with Disabilities

This online live educational session, including interactive Q&A, is for parents, caregivers, as well as adolescents and young women, with disabilities. The hosts, Lesley Breech, Director of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (PAG) at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Lisa Reebals, PAG specialty Nurse Practitioner, with Kara Bendle, the moderator and Gynecologic Specialty Nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital are eager to discuss menstrual concerns and medical management options. Adolescent girls and young women may struggle with managing menses and associated symptoms, preventing them fully engaging in school or meaningful activities.
