How are you currently working with your families to track their child’s development? Are you interested in receiving FREE materials to give to families to spark conversation? If yes, the Act Early Ohio Initiative has just the opportunity for you! We are currently looking for 20 pediatric practices in Ohio to participate in our Act Early campaign. “Learn the Signs. Act Early” is a program developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to encourage developmental surveillance and celebrate children’s milestones. We will provide developmental tracking materials, books, growth charts, and fact sheets for your patients and practice. Materials can be incorporated into well-child visits.
