Conference Supports Available
Family Support Space
We have created a space for you to connect at any point in the day that works for you. Get emotional support and learn about resources. Or simply come and sit to enjoy a quiet moment. Join us at any time, we look forward to meeting you.
Sensory Support Space
This designated conference space will be a quiet, sensory-friendly area designed for individuals who need to regroup and center. Families can assist their loved ones and share this space with them while they calm and regroup. This space will be equipped with calming toys, fidgets and quiet activities.
Supported Adult Space
This designated conference space is a place for adults with RTS to hang out and play board games, access fidgets, listen to music and chat with new friends. While volunteers are available to provide some support, this is not a supervised or facilitated space. Designated for individuals 18 years or older. More details to come.
Adult Changing Space
A clean, private space will be provided throughout the conference for those needing an adult changing area.
Nursing Mothers and Feeding Space
A clean, private space will be provided throughout the conference for those needing privacy to nurse or pump. This space can also be used if you need a private location to G/J tube-feed your child.
Childcare Option
Limited childcare spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for children 3-17. For more details please click HERE.
