*In order to qualify for the registration fee discount, hotel reservations must be made at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter Hotel.

Registration Policies 

Registration Discount with Hotel Reservation

The Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter is the official hotel choice for the RTS National Conference and has reserved a block of rooms with a special discounted price. In order to qualify for the registration fee discount, hotel reservations must be made at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter Hotel (see grid above for rates).  Hotel Reservations must be made separately. Conference Registration Payment Information

Online payment (preferred) is accepted in the form of credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) or PayPal. If you are required to pay with an invoice, you must be in the U.S. and payment must be received 30 days prior to the event (Monday, May 22, 2023).

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations and refund requests must be made no later than 30 days before the event (Wednesday, May 24). A full refund will be issued if request is made 45 days prior to the event (Tuesday, May 24). Half refund will be issued if request is 44 to 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given on or after Wednesday, May 24. No refunds will be given to no-shows. For cancellations/refund requests, please contact Jennifer.Walsh@cchmc.org

Consent to Use of Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, this event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the event organizers and other third parties, including but not limited to, the venue, the host city, and the host convention centers.
